The picture shows a view of this Colorful United States World War II Welcome Home Victory Banner. This is believed to be a banner that would hang in a window during the homecoming of Americas Soldiers and Sailors. The banner is in red, white, and blue with a gold fringe at the bottom. There is an American flag, an eagle, ''V'' for Victory, the morse code for ''V'', and four stars. The banner measures 12'' x 18-1/4''. It is in mint condition as pictured. Also included but not shown is the original gold string for hanging.
