The picture shows two views of this Old Eastern Advertising Scripto Vutane Butane Cigarette Lighter. This lighter is not dated but it is old. This lighter is made of metal and blue translucent plastic. It has a flame adjustment and it pictures a globe (logo ?). It is marked on the side with directions and on the bottom as follows:

The lighter measures about 2-3/4'' tall. It appears to be in good used condition with some over all wear as pictured. We have not filled or tested this lighter, so it must be sold as is as seen. The lighter will require a new flint and lighter fluid.
