The picture shows a front, back and bottom views of this 1940s Victorian Lady Occupied Japan Porcelain Candle Holder. The candle holder is not dated but it was made shortly after World War II. There is a colorful hand painted Victorian lady in the center in a dress. There are also gold accents. The bottom is marked as follows:

MADE IN
OCCUPIED
JAPAN

The candle holder measures 4-1/8'' tall. It is in excellent condition with a hairline crack on the front of the left holder as pictured.
