The picture shows views of this Old Heinz 57 Company Pickles Advertising Souvenir Spoon. This spoon is not dated but it is old. It is not marked on the back. It could be silver or silver plated but it has not been tested. On the handle is the Heinz Pickle logo and in the bowl are some Heinz company buildings. It is marked as follows:

HEINZ
HOME OF THE 57
MAIN ENTRANCE

The spoon measures about 4-5/16'' long. It appears to be in excellent condition with an aged patina as pictured.
