| The pictures below show larger inside and outside views of this Old Saint Anne De Beaupre German Embossed Souvenir Locket with Jesus Picture. This locket is not dated but it is old. It appears to be made of brass. The front and back are embossed with a cross and three roses. The edge (not seen in the pictures) has an embossed design all around as well. Opposite the hinged side there is a latch to close the locket. Inside is a four prong mounted black & white photograph picture of Jesus Christ with Pilate. It is marked on the two sides as follows: SOUVENIR

GERMANY The locket measures 1-1/16'' x 1-5/16''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. There should be a tiny peg or pin that the latch loop hooks on to, but it is missing. The charm loop at the top is folded over but it can easily be straightened out for use. It has an aged patina. It could be polished, but that will be up to the buyer to decide. |
