This keychain is not dated but it is believed to be from the late 1990s, Charleton Heston was the President of the NRA from 1998 to 2003 and this was a give away from him to the some of the most active NRA members. The bullet is not a real bullet. It is made of an unknown silver colored metal. It is marked as follows: CHARLETON HESTON (facsimile signature)
