Old Cutlery Knife Pocketknife Eating Utensil Bone Ivory

The picture shows three views of this Old Bone Or Ivory Pocket Knife And Fork Set With Leather Case. There is a view of each side and one with them folded and in their leather case. I see no markings on any of the three pieces. It may have been used as an early military or Civil War set but I am not sure. To judge the sizes the opened knife measures 5-3/4" long. There are the cracks and chipped end that can be see in the picture.
