| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Old Unidentified Hairy Young Lady Carte De Visite Photograph Card. The photograph is not dated but it is believed to be from the late 1800s or early 1900s. The photo card also does not have a photographers name, studio name, city, or town. The photograph was found with a 1911 theatre annoucement card for Chiquita The Smallest Adult Lady In The World. The unnamed young lady appears to have an abundance of hair on her face with a low hairline. We imagine that her hair continued to grow and she most likely became famous because of it. We do not know for sure. She is wearing a necklace, a striped blouse, layers of skirts, striped stockings, and old Victorian shoes. She is posing with a stuffed chair with fringes. Another item is behind her. This Carte De Visite Photograph Card measures 2-1/2'' x 4-1/8''. It has a clear image and it appears to be in near mint condition as pictured. |
