The first postcard has an image or Greek or Roman sand pictures of the four seasons. There is also a lion sand sculpture. This postcard is in excellent unused condition. The second postcard has an old image of the beach and boardwalk with people, as well as the Auditorium and Convention Hall. It has a one cent postage stamp and a 1947 post mark. It has a short message and was sent to a Rahway, N.J. address. The front of the card is marked as follows: AUDITORIUM AND CONVENTION HALL, Atlantic City, N.J. ---6 The third postcard has a colorful old image of the Atlantic City Boardwalk with rolling chairs and hotels in the background. It has a short message on the back in pencil and it was mailed to a Rahway, New Jersey address. There is a one cent postage stamp and a 1949 postmark. It is in excellent used condition. The front of the card is marked as follows: THE COLORFUL BOARDWALK, ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. ---51 The fourth postcard has an aerial view of the Atlantic City Beach and Boardwalk. The image was taken for a Conference for Highest Qualified Representatives of the Equitable Life Assurance Society, September 15 - 19, 1949. There are many people walking about stores, games, arcades, and restaurants. It has a name on the back and was mailed to a Rahway, New Jersey address. There is a one cent postage stamp and a 1949 postmark. It is in excellent used condition. The postcards each measure about 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. They are in excellent condition as pictured. |
