| | | The pictures below show larger front and back and top and bottom views of this 1940s Occupied Japan Wedgwood Style Miniature Porcelain or Ceramic Vase. The small blue and white handled vase or urn is not dated but it was made in the 1940s shortly after World War II in occupied Japan. The maker is unknown. It features a classic image of a seated woman with a bird. There are other design elements. It is marked on the bottom as follows: MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN The vase measures about 2'' x 4'' x 1-3/8''. It appears to be in excellent as made condition as pictured. |
