| | | | The picture below shows several larger views of this Old Cream Top Advertising Premium Metal Ladle or Scoop Spoon. The spoon is shaped like a small ladle with a hooked handle. There ois also a point on the handle to open a cardboard milk cap on a milk bottle. It was used to scoop cream from the top of a milk bottle for use. It is marked on the handle as follows: CREAM TOP.
