The photo slide is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. The location is unknown. The scene is of two women with an interesting baby carriage on a sidewalk in front of a cigar store and an A&P grocery store. There are items and advertising signs in the store front windows. The awning on the cigar store reads as follows: 1462 STRATHCONA CIGAR STORE 1462 This old color Ektachrome slide measures 2'' x 2''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
