| | | | The pictures show a front and back view of the (2) 1934 Norfolk Winter Sports Association Ski Jump Tournament Cards in this lot. This event was the 2nd Annual Invitation Tournament of the Norfolk Winter Sports Association. It was held on Sunday, Fevruary 18th, 1934. One of these is unused and the other has all of the results of the ski jump competition filled in. There are many names listed of competing skiers from New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. There are most likely some famous names here. On the back is the ''General Basis of Judging'', ''Classification of Competitors'', ''Table of Metres into Feet'', and ''Officials'' names. The cards were printed by The Canaan Printing Company of Canaan, Connecticut. The cards each measure about 6'' x 11''. One appears to be in excellent unused condition with a small corner crease. The other is used with filled in information and fold creases as pictured. |
