All (16) stickers are shown and there are two of each included in this lot. These packets are not dated and the year that they were made is unknown. They are from Amscan of Harrison, New York, and they were made in England. We thought that they went in some kind of sticker book, but none is mentioned. The header card reads; GUMMED SEALS
