It is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. It is imprinted in blue and red on clear glass. The glass pictures Celestine which was the famous Elsie the Cow advertising character’s Niece. It pictures her with a hand fan, a flower, and a collar. The other side has a cute poem that reads as follows: CELESTINE’S A LASS
