It has (12) pages explaining the basics of stamp collecting and has some example images of United States postage stamps inside. It may have been a mail away premium, an in store premium, or a prize in a larger package or box of Cracker Jack. It says it is from “Cracker Jack – Collector Series No. 2”. The booklet measures about 5-1/2'' x 4''. It appears to be mint unused condition as pictured. |
