Hanging from it is a book shaped locket charm, and mounted on it is a round painted porcelain section. It pictures a person on a horse. It could be one of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. It is also marked ''CANADA''. The pin was most likely purchased by a tourist while visiting Canada. The pin with the hanging charm measures about 1'' x 1-3/8''.
