We do not know how much you had to contribute to acquire one of these, but would guess that it might have been quite a bit. The obverse side has two hands holding the Olympic Torch and a wreath. The reverse has another different wreath. It is marked on the two sides as follows: 1988 OLYMPIC GAMES
IN GRATEFUL RECOGNITION
OF YOUR CONTRIBUTION
TO THE 1988 OLYMPIC TEAM. The paperweight medal measures about 3-1/16'' wide. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured. |
