This whistle is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s. It is embossed “MADE IN JAPAN”. The Cracker Jack ID number for this whistle is #Z-0612 and it was by Taneya & Company of Japan. To judge the sizes, the larger of the two mouth flute whistles measures about 1-11/16'' x 3/4'' x 3/16''. It appears to be in fair to good condition as pictured. |
