There is no manufacturers marking on the top but it is marked ''MADE IN GERMANY''. The top is made of metal and there is a multi color inner wheel section. The top measures about 3'' tall. The top appears to be in excellent condition with some light wear as pictured. The smaller outer ring has a slight bent but could be straightened. It could use a cleanning as well. There is no string included. |
