It is not marked and the maker is also unknown. The top pin section was most likely to be engraved with a horses or persons name. It may have been for an award. The pin has a nice design and hanging from it is a horse head charm. It is not marked and it has not been tested but it is probably brass, gold plated, or maybe gold filled. The pin with the charm measures 1'' x 1-1/2''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. |
