| | | | The pictures below show a larger front and back view of this Old Dressed Jointed Hard Plastic Native Black Doll With Moving Eyes. This doll is not dated but it is old. It is not marked that we can see and the maker is unknown. The eyes open and close. The head, arms, and one leg moves. The other leg seems to be stuck, but we will not force it. It appears that maybe some of the glue that was used on the seams got into the hip when it was assembled or manufactured. She has fuzzy black hair and red painted lips. The clothing or costume is made of different materials. The dress itself appears to be made of layers of imprinted paper. The doll measures about 5-3/4'' tall. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured with one leg stuck as it was made, as mentioned above. |
