| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old EPPY Miniature Tool Gum Ball Machine Prize Header Display Card. This header card is not dated but it is from the 1960s. There is a two part vacuum molded case marked ''EPPY''. The front is clear and the back is light blue. Inside is an orange and black card with (10) miniature metal tool charms attached. The card also pictures the tools. The tools were made by Intercast. Some of them have moving parts and they actually work. The following are included: Sheet Metal Shears
