This prop or dummy package is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. It has an imprinted label all around of green, red, gold or tan, and black. Inside is probably a light weight block of wood. This realistic type of a package could be used on a shelf, in a case, on a display or sign, in a window display, or especially inside an old cigarette vending machine. It could even be used as a period movie, television, or theatre prop. These are all places where tobacco inside would go bad or stale. It is marked as follows: LUCKY STRIKE
