| | | | The pictures show views of all of the pages of this Old Wonder Bread Advertising Premium Comic Character Booklet. This (16) page booklet is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. It has many characters including: ''Garret the Parrot'', ''Brewster the Rooster'', ''Doc Powell the Owl'', ''A Sick Cat'', ''A Dame Duck'', ''Horace the Hoarse Horse'', and ''Pearl the Squirrel''. The booklet and story of course promote eating Wonder Bread. It was put out by the Continental Baking Company. The booklet measures about 3-7/8'' x 5-7/16''. It appears to be in excellent condition with a name on the cover and writing on one page as pictured. |
