This little booklet has (16) pages filled with medical remedies and information. We just found that some of the calendar month pages (center pages) are missing (February to October). There are pages with Season dates, eclipses, church days, and pages of advertising for Piso's Cure for Consumption and Piso's Remedy for Catarrh. The title page is marked as follows: HAZELTINE'S
