| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of this Unused 1958 Nashua Exposition of Progress Nashua Finishing Company Advertising Premium Printed Cloth. This cloth was probably to make a pillow with. It pictures an outline of the State of New Hampshire with the towns of Berlin, Hanover, Sunapee, Keene, Nashua, Manchester, Concord, Exeter, Hampton, and Franklin. It also has the New Hampshire features of The White Mountains (with a gondola), Lakes Region (with a sailboat), The Old Man of The Mountains (profile), the Merrimack River, and The Atlantic Ocean (with waves). Besides the twons and features, it is also marked as follows: COMPLIMENTS OF ~

A GOOD PLACE TO PLAY AND TO WORK The cloth measures about 11'' x 13-3/4''. It appears to be in excellent unused condition as pictured. It has some wrinkling that can be easily ironed out. For some reason it is on an angle. We do not know if was purposely made this way or not. The silver circles seen in the picture are only magnets used to hold the cloth for the picture. |
