| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back views of this 1884 Doctor J. C. Ayer & Company Advertising American Almanac. This (44) page almanac was published by Dr. J.C. Ayer & Company of Lowell, Massachusetts. It as many pages of the usual information in almanacs such as weather, monthly forecasts, cycles, planet alignments, zodiac signs, and much more. In between those pages is much writing and advertising on Dr. Ayer's: Cherry Pectoral, Sarsaparilla, Ague Cure, Cathartic Pills, and more. It is illustrated with many small engraving prints inside. There is a “Heal The Sick” one on the cover with a child. As noted on the back, this particular issue was given out by: J. W. MATHEWS, NORTH WAKEFIELD, N.H.
