| | | | The picture shows a view of all (9) Old Painted Hard Plastic Mixed Play Set Figures in this lot. These are not marked but they appear to have been made by the same company. They may have been made by Marx but we do not know for sure. They are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1950s. In this lot there are the following: (1) Cowboy
(1) Wounded Revolutionary War Soldier
(2) Confederate Civil War Soldiers (one has a broken gun)
(1) Union Civil War Soldier (some paint wear on canteen)
(1) Roman Gladiator or Soldier (tip of whip may be gone ?)
(1) Viking (ax or sword is missing)
(2) Pirates (one has a sabre and the other a gun)
To judge the sizes the Confederate General saluting measures 2-1/2'' tall. These have paper on the bottom of the bases. They are nicely painted. They appear to range from good to mint condition as pictured. Some have flaws that are mentioned above. |
