| | | The picture shows a view of this Early Unused Coca Cola Advertising Paper Bottle Sleeve or Bag. The other side is blank. This no drip ''dry server'' bottle protector advertising paper bag is not dated but it is believed to be from 1929. It would have been used over the bottom of a small iced Coca-Cola bottle to keep it dry of condensation while drinking the soda. There were many different ones that were made from the 1920s to the 1940s. It pictures an old round Coca-Cola sign and two green glass bottles. It is marked as follows: DRINK COCA - COLA TRADE MARK REGISTERED THE PAUSE THAT REFRESHES DELICIOUS AND REFRESHING ''DRY - SERVER'' REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. D. J. RENFROE CORPORATION THOMASVILLE, GA. This ''Dry Server'' paper bag measures 2-3/4'' x 6''. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured. It may be faded, but we have not seen another to compare it with. Please refer to the picture for the condition. |
