| | | | The picture shows a view of this 1969 Rutland Vermont State Fair Souvenir Cover With Walt Disney Stamps. This cover is imprinted in green and black. It has images of a pie, vegetables, a cake, a horse, a rodeo cowboy, a young 4-H boy with a cow, and sheep. The cover has a colorful plate block of (4) Walt Disney 6c U.S. postage stamps. They feature Walt Disney with the animated dolls from ''It's A Small World'' coming from the Disneyland Sleeping Beauty Castle. The block has the numbered stamp sheet edges. The cover was postmarked in ''Rutland, Vermont'' on the opening day of the fair ''AG 31 PM 1969''. There is a penciled number ''1355'' at the top. The envelope is also marked as follows: 124th RUTLAND, VT. STATE FAIR
AUGUST 32, SEPT 6, 1969 The cover measures 6-1/2'' x 3-5/8''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
