This cloth poster or sign gives warning to anyone: WHOEVER WILLFULLY POLLUTES, INJURES OR DESTROYS ANY WATER WORKS PROPERTY WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE FEDERAL SABOTAGE STATUTE WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. It gives the following: PENALTY FINE OF NOT MORE THAN $19,000 OR IMPRISONMENT FOR NOT MORE THAN THIRTY YEARS, OR BOTH It continues to spell out the severity of the War Time crimes in further detail.
