The cereal prize was made by Gold Premium International, of Miami, Florida. We believe that this was designed to spin on your bicycle handlebars. It could be carried or worn like a toy ring as well. This one is assembled. In the scan the paper pinwheel is lying flat to show the stars & stripes. It has a figure of the General Mills Advertising Character Lucky Leprechaun from Lucky charms cereal and it is marked as follows: PAT. PEND.
