| | | | The picture below shows larger front and back views of this Small Old Colorful Lusterware Porcelain Pocket or Wall Flower Vase. There is only one porcelain vase being offered here. The vase is not dated, and the year that it was made is unknown. It is marked with a bird in flight, but the maker is also unknown. It is marked “HAND PAINTED – MADE IN JAPAN”. There are handles on each side, and a hole on the back, as made, to hang it on a hook or nail. The vase is made of a blue glazed porcelain with multi colored flowers. The vase measures about 5-1/8'' tall. The white spots on the front (not the light reflections) were wiped off after the photo was taken. While wiping it off we noticed that there are two, difficult to see, hairline cracks, one horizontal, and one vertical that we had not seen earlier. They do not appear in the picture. The vase appears to be in good condition as pictured, with the tiny hairline cracks as mentioned. |
