The second picture shows the other side of the box and cardboard. The figures were made by Nosco, and all of them were also used as Cracker Jack prizes in the mid 1950s. This set is one that you would mail away for. There is a variety of (20) figures with different colors. There are Cowboys, a Cowgirl, Gunfighters, Sheriff, Rodeo riders, Native American Indians, home & conestoga wagon scenes. This one has a mailer box that pictures the Rodeo Cowboy. The back of the box pictures a whole row of the different playset figures. It is marked: COWBOYS & INDIANS 1003 PENN AVENUE PITTSBURGH 22, PA. CONTENTS: MERCHANDISE, POSTMASTER THIS PARCEL MAY BE OPENED FOR POSTAL INSPECTION IF NECESSARY. RETURN POSTAGE GUARANTEED HERE’S YOUR COWBOYS & INDIANS There is a folded cardboard section that has parts that you would cut out, including a teepee, four fence sections, and a scene with Cowboys herding wild horses. It also has the instructions. All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the box measures about 7-7/8'' x 3-3/4'' x 3/4''. The set appears to be excellent condition as pictured. There may be some tiny parts on the figures missing. |
