From what we understand, the restaurant that was in Waterville Maine closed in the 1980s after several decades of being in business. Apparently there was some pressure from woman’s groups or a women’s movement because of the demeaning logo and business name. The clear glasses are imprinted in light and dark green. The logo features an early colonial sign with a headless woman servant, waitress, or barmaid in a dress. Below her are five stars. It is marked as follows: 1761
