The pictures show views of this Old Framed Child With Dolls Print & Wallace Nutting Signature. The print is not dated but it is believed to be from the early 1900s. We had found this old print as you see it pictured. It was in the frame with the glass broken and a signed Wallace Nutting mat on the back. The color print is of a young girl playing with three dolls. Also in the scene is a doll cradle, a stool, a chair, a cabinet, candlesticks, floweres in a vase, drapery, an oval portrait, a framed painting, and a small hanging picture. There is no glass and there are a few small hairline cracks on the painted plaster and wood frame. The mat that is on the back is titled ''A BIRCH WOOD'' and it is signed ''WALLACE NUTTING''. There is age discoloration where the old tinted photograph was not. There is also a corner tear as pictured. To judge the sizes the frame measures 7-1/2'' x 9-1/2''. The print appears to be in mint condition. The frame is excellent, and the signed mat is as pictured and described above. |
