| | | | The picture below shows larger front and back views of all (4) Different Unopened Citgo Gas Station Advertising Premium Antique Automobile Car Model Kits in this lot. These are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1960s. You would acquire them when you got gasoline from a Citgo gas station. The contents were made in France, and the Packaging was printed and packed in the U.S.A.. The packages that these come in look like large match book covers with the platic kits inside in plastic bags. We do not know how many there were in the series, but in this lot are #4, #6, #7, and #8. The package fronts and backs have the car model or name, and one side shows a picture of the completed models. Included here are the following: #4. VIS A VIS PEUGEOT 1895
#6. COUPE RENAULT 1900
#7. 5 CV PEUGEOT 1905
#8. COUPE DOCTEUR DE DION BOUTON 1900 All four of these miniature model kits for one price! To judge the sizes the packaging measures about 4'' x 3-1/2'' x 1-1/4''. It appears that a few of these have some storage wear as pictured, but the models are all unopened, unbuilt, and in mint condition. |
