| | | | The picture shows a view of this 1960 - 1961 Chicopee Massachusetts Department of Police Courtesy Card. The back of the card is blank. The card has a typed name and it appears that the Mayor and Chief of police signatures are stamped. The person whom it was issued was Newspaper Press Photographer Frank C. Usin, and perhaps it was used for that purpose. The card measures 3-7/8'' x 2-1/4''. It appears to be in excellent used condition as pictured. |
