It has an image of the Trylon & Perisphere in the bowl and a woman at the top of the handle. It is marked on the two sides as follows 1939 NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR THEME BUILDING PLYMOUTH SILVER PLATE There is a small pocket size note book. On the red cover is the Trylon & Perisphere. It has unused lined pages inside. On the last page is some written notes. It is marked on the cover: MEMO NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR © N.Y.W.F. There is a leather case that was probably for a comb, knife, or some other small item. There is an image of a Native American Indian squatting by a fire with a hatchet burned into the leather. The lettering is also burnt. It reads as follows: NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR 1940 Next is an imprinted tin advertising pinback button from one of the exhibits. It is red, white, and blue, pictures a flame and reads: GAS WONDERLAND NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR The last item in this lot is a white plastic charm in the shape of an exhibit building with a banner that reads: N. Y. WORLD'S FAIR © N.Y.W.F. LIC. 1625 All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the spoon measures about 6'' long. These items appear to be in excellent to mint condition as pictured. |
