The picture shows a view of this Old Unopened Novelty Smoking Dog With Miniature Cigarettes. The envelope is not dated but it is old. The dog inside is made of some type of compressed and painted material. There is a hole to hold a cigarette. These special cigarettes automatically blow smoke rings. The unopened envelope that holds the dog figure and cigarettes reads as follows:

AND TWO FILLERS
Insert filler - then light - and watch dog smoke by himself.

Have the dog and fillers placed in envelope at the extreme bottom so we can staple on cards to lap one over the other.
Made in Japan

To judge the sizes the envelope measures 5'' x 3''. The envelope that holds the toy is in mint unopened condition as pictured.
