This would have been for one of many drives in the United States for recycling or reclaiming materials for use in World War II. This one was for pulp wood, but others included all metals, paper, rubber, and much more. The pinback button has six stars and is marked as follows: US VICTORY PULPWOOD CAMPAIGN
