The top section is a light cloth material and the bottom half is printed paper. It was made by Cellucap of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is marked inside with the company name, patent numbers, adjustable head sizes, and instructions. The outside has the McDonalds golden arches logo and it is marked as follows: McDONALD'S
