| | | | The pictures below show several larger views of this Old Nautical Ship In A Bottle Model Builder & Wooden Furniture In A Bottle. This bottle is not dated and the year that it was made is unknown. The maker is also unknown. The clear glass bottle has a cork and it is on a wooden stand. Inside there is an old painted and dressed salty Sailor with a pipe in his mouth. He is holding a miniature Schooner sailing ship in a bottle that he made on a wooden table. To his right there is a wooden set of shelves that is filled with carved and painted miniature wooden items. All of this is on a wooden plank floor or deck inside the bottle. We do not know if this was all hand made, or if it was a model kit. Either way, it looks great! To judge the sizes the bottle with the base stand measures about 5-1/4'' x 4-1/4'' x 3''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
