Below that there is an image of the Liberty Bell with a sunrise behind it. In the center is a colorful image with Betsy Ross. It is marked as follows: BIRTH OF OUR NATION'S FLAG

It reads as follows: AMERICAN FLAG HOUSE AND BETSY ROSS MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION SERIES T CERTIFICATE NO. 77192 ISSUE 1924 This is to Certify that Frances Warner of Johnson City, N.Y. is a member of the AMERICAN FLAG HOUSE AND BETSY ROSS MEMORIAL ASSOCIATION and a Subscriber to the ENDOWMENT FUND for the preservation of the HISTORIC HOUSE in which the FIRST FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was made and for the erection of a NATIONAL MEMORIAL in honor of BETSY ROSS.
