The picture shows a view of all (65) State of New York Advertising & Souvenir Items in this lot. This is a large bulk lot that has been acquired or accumulated over time from many different sources. Most are older items and a few appear to be newer. There are far too many items in this lot to describe each one individually, but some highlights of the items included here are as follows:

There is an old metal souvenir sword letter opener. It has an enameled section on the handle with a deer and it reads ''CATSKILL MTS. N.Y.''.

There is a miniature souvenir collector spoon. It has an enameled section on the handle with the state of New York. It reads ''NEW YORK - THE EMPIRE STATE''.

Next there are (5) different colorful souvenir embroidered cloth patches. These include the following:

Catskill Mtns. N.Y.
(Pictures a bearded man with a rifle)

Finger Lakes Region - N.Y.S.
(pictures the lakes and a Native American Indian)

Watkins Glen, N.Y.
(pictures waterfalls)

New York
(pictures the state, a bird, and flowers)

New York State
(pictures the state, New York City skyline, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Niagara Falls, and a horse racing)

There are (3) different New York state shaped magnets. One has the Statue of Liberty, Niagara Falls, and a mountain scene with deer. These are marked as follows:

Next there are (9) pinback buttons. These are marked as follows:

There is a tiny pin with the New York state seal, a New York state cardboard game pog, an old advertising wooden nickel from ''MUSEUM VILLAGE MONROE, N.Y.'', a leather coin with a maple leaf and ''MAPLE CITY TANNERY HORNELLSVILLE, N.Y.'', and a 1973 photograph slide of a couple posing by a ''WELCOME TO NEW YORK - THE EMPIRE STATE'' road sign. Next to that sign is one that reads ''AUSABLE HEIGHTS LOTS ON LAKE 1 MILE''.

There are (2) old advertising match covers. One has print on both sides. There are no matches or strikers. One pictures a building and reads ''ANDY'S INN - HOME OF UPSTATE NEW YORK'S ONLY SLIDING STAGE - DRINKING AND DANCING - JUST WEST OF SYRACUSE''. The other one has advertising for ''CLIFF BRADT'S ELMWOOD TAVERN'' of Syracuse, N.Y..

Next there are (5) old business cards that were found in an old scrap book. These include the following:

(1939) Sparking Grenay Cocktail - Greenway's Inc, Syracuse, N.Y.
(1940) The Hub Restaurant, Duanesburg, N.Y.
(1940) The Cupboard Restaurant, Waterloo, N.Y.
(1940) Century Manor Cottages and Rooms, Lewiston, N.Y.
(1940) Lewiston Restaurant, Lewiston, N.Y.

There is an old (British Hong Kong) boxed New York State Thruway souvenir playing card deck. It is complete and with jokers. The cards picture the state with its regions and a N.Y. State Thruway toll booth.

Next there is a 1926 letter of recommendation for a woman on Guard Hill. Mt. Kisco, New York stationery.

There is a 1951 New York State Vacationlands book. It has (194) pages filled with a lot of information and cool old pictures from all over New York. There are also (10) old advertising brochures and booklets with maps. These include the following:

All of the items that are pictured are included for one price! To judge the sizes most of the postcards measure around 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. These items appear to range from very good to mint unused condition as pictured.
