It may be Spanish, but we do not know for certain. The fan is made of a thin black mesh like material with lace at the top. There are hand painted flowers and leaves. The sticks are made of plastic with gold painted designs. There is a metal loop at the bottom with an attached orange silk cord. Counting the metal loop, the fan measures 10-1/4'' long. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
