| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back views of this Colorful 1988 Russian Town and Horse with Rider Collector Art Plate. This colorful plate has much Russian writing on the back which we can not read. It is dated 1988 and it is numbered. We believe that this is one from a series of different collector plates. There is a gold design around the edge. The design is at the top area as well but in the picture it is in the shadow. The image on the plate is of a man on a rearing horse blowing a horn, with a Russian city or town in the background. There is a long bearded man in the sky above. It may commemorate a Russian event or legend. On the back there is a fishing line string going through two holes to hang it on a wall. The plate measures 7-1/2'' wide. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured. |
