The picture shows a view of this Old Vivitar Camera Series 1 Advertising Brass Pin. The pin is not dated but Vivitar Camera Series One lenses were introduced in 1975. It is not marked on the back and the maker is unknown. The pin is made of brass with a black background. It has a tie tack type pin on the back and the back section is included. It is marked on the front as follows:

This advertising pin measures 7/8'' wide. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured.
