Wooden Toy   Playskool   Layout
The picture shows all of the parts included in this Old Wooden PLAYSKOOL Toy Landscape Peg Set. This set does not have an original box. It has been kept in an old greeting card box for many years. There is a four page flyer that is included. This toy has many small painted wood parts that are inserted into a pegboard base to created different scenes. There are Locomotives, Freight Cars, Trucks, Boats, Cars, Fire Plugs, Houses and Gables, Trees, Light Post Balls, Bushes, and many assorted lengths. The paper that is included shows a few different set up options. The base and paper are marked PLAYSKOOL ® but I see no date. My guess would be that this was from the 1940's or 1950's. To judge the sizes the base measures 13" x 8". It is in excellent+ condition.
